Asus Zenfone 7 ZS670KS menggunakan prosesor Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 dengan Adreno 650 GPU. Ponsel ini memiliki RAM 8 GB dan penyimpanan internal 128 GB yang dapat diupgrade menggunakan microSDXC. Layarnya sudah dilindungi pelapis Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
Zenfone 7 ZS670KS memiliki layar Super AMOLED 6,67 inci, 1080 x 2340 piksel dengan ketebalan piksel 386 ppi. Soal kamera, Asus Zenfone 7 menghadirkan tiga sensor berbeda yang mencakup sensor primer Sony IMX686 64 MP aperture f/1.8, sensor sekunder Sony IMX363 12 MP aperture f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle, dan sensor tersier 8 MP dengan telefoto yang memungkinkan zoom optik 3x.
